Andrea Bratt Frick has a lifelong love of animals of all kinds. Clicker training utilizes her empathy and understanding of animals to create a unique and effective method of communicating with them.

Andrea is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers, a Certified Pet Dog Trainer and an associate member of the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants. She teaches classes for recently adopted shelter dogs for K9PALS. Her current interests are training shelter dogs to make them more adoptable and coaching people to train their own assistant dogs. Andrea also volunteers at Bunnies Urgently Needing Shelter (BUNS) where she clicker trains shelter rabbits and teaches rabbit care and training classes. She was a guest speaker at ClickerExpo for the past three years. Andrea expands her dog training knowledge by attending seminars and continually searching out books and articles on animal training and behavior.

"Clicker training establishes a clear and consistent method for communicating with dogs. Once they understand the meaning of the clicker, it is remarkable how fast they learn and how eager they are to train. I can take your specific goals and create a custom training plan that meets your needs and your dog's."
Dog training for puppies and adult dogs is available in the
Santa Barbara area. Private lessons tailored
to your specific needs are also available.
